How a project works

  1. Tell us what you need using the project form. We reply within 1–2 business days.
  2. Fixed quote. You get a written scope, price and timeline. No work starts until you agree.
  3. Build and review. You see progress on a staging site and give feedback before launch.
  4. Launch and handover. We go live, check everything, and show you how to edit your site.

Frequently asked questions

Why “from”? What decides the final price?

The number of pages or products, custom features, integrations (payment, shipping, CRM, inventory feeds) and how much content you provide. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.

How do payments work?

Usually 50% to start and 50% at launch. Larger projects can be split into milestones.

Do I own the website and the code?

Yes. Once the project is paid, the site, content and any custom code are yours. Nothing is locked to us.

Are your WordPress.org plugins really free?

Yes, completely: every feature, with no paid unlock. You only pay if you want us to set them up or customise them for you. See the plugins.

Can you take over an existing site?

Yes. We start with a short audit of speed, security and plugins, then quote fixes or a care plan.

Share your brief and we’ll propose the right approach — a full site, a landing page, or a custom plugin.
