HD Web Mobile (“HDM”, “we”, “us”) provides WordPress and full-stack web development services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through hdwebmobile.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. We use Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form to help prevent spam; reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google.
If you comment on a blog post, we collect the information shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address may be checked against the Gravatar service to see if you use it; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Our website uses standard WordPress cookies for site functionality (for example, remembering that you dismissed a notice). If you log in to the site, cookies are used to manage your session.
Embedded content and third-party services
Our Contact page embeds a Google Map to show our location. Google may collect data about your visit when the map loads; see Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
Blog posts may include embedded content (for example, videos) from other websites. Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly as if you visited that other website, and those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How long we retain data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.
Your rights over your data
You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@hdwebmobile.com. If you left a comment on the site, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, which does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
